  1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all unused items returned in their original condition.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item has not been fitted, installed, or used 
  • It is returned in its original, undamaged packaging 
  • All original documentation and components are included 

ALL eligible returns will receive a full refund within 7 working days

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed.

  1. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day period. You then have an additional 14 days to return the item after informing us of cancellation.

  • Preference for refund or exchange 

Our team will respond within 2 working days with return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.

Please do not send items back without prior approval, as this may delay processing.

  1. Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please:

  • Take clear photos of the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery
  • Contact our support team with your order details 

We will arrange a free collection and offer either: A replacement at no additional cost, or A full refund 

  1. Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Items that have been fitted, installed, modified, or used 
  • Items returned without prior authorisation
  • Items not in their original condition or packaging (unless faulty) 
  • Items returned outside the eligible return period
